Our conference centre is immersed in a large park situated a few steps from the city centre of Bari and from the central station; it is well served by the airport, the highway A14 as well as easily accessible by car from all Bari’s districts; it provides a large private parking; it embodies perfectly the mix of the prestige inherited by the noble history of the property, and the comfort produced by design and advanced technology.

Our fabulous location offers a wide range of menu, selected by a professional team, working hard with the aim of ensuring the greatest event ever. Our staff will help you to set up the spaces, to use the advanced modern audiovisual equipment, supervising all phases of the event. They will provide following services: the signage, the audio-visual packages, the flower arrangement, direct fibre internet connection (up to 300MB/s), hostess, technical support and transfer directly to our parking. The ancient granary of Romanazzi Carducci family is the perfect place for great events, Its interior is composed of a high ceiling with wood girders on a truss, an ancient local stone (called “chianca”) covering the floor and a stone stage, ideal to catch the audience’s focus on the event subject. The outside is a symbolic area of the park for welcoming, break or catering activities. The area, which is called “Rotonda”, covers 2000 sq. m of the whole garden.
